• Telegram profile: user ID, username, first/last name, language code.
• Journal data: trades you enter or import, notes, tags, emotions, statistics.
• API keys (optional): exchange API credentials — stored encrypted (AES-256).
• Payments: transaction references, plan, amounts (not full card numbers).
• Support messages you send to us.
• Technical logs: timestamps, errors, anonymised usage metrics.

3. How We Use Data

• provide and improve the Service;
• generate statistics, charts, and AI feedback on your trades;
• process subscriptions and support requests;
• prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
• comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases (where applicable)

Depending on jurisdiction: contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligation.

5. Third-Party Processors

We may share data with:

• Telegram (messaging platform);
• LLM provider via OpenRouter (trade JSON for AI Audit — no unnecessary PII);
• exchanges (read-only API calls using your keys);
• payment processors (Stars, crypto gateways, YooKassa, etc.);
• hosting/VPS providers.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

Data is kept while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, or dispute purposes. You may request deletion via support; some logs may be retained where required by law.

7. Security

We use encryption for API keys, access controls, and industry-standard practices. No method is 100% secure; you are responsible for securing your Telegram account.

8. Your Rights

9. International Transfers

Data may be processed on servers outside your country. We take reasonable steps to protect data in line with this Policy.

The Service is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
